RxIMI's Money Back Guarantee reimbursement program ensures that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase or we will promptly give you a refund of your purchase price no questions asked. Money Back Guarantee only available for the first 30 calendar days following the date of payment. RxIMI will not reimburse you for any shipping costs you incurred when purchasing and/or in returning the merchandise. RxIMI's obligation to reimburse you are subject to the requirements specified in sections 1 and 2 below and to your filing a complete and accurate reimbursement request as described in section 3 below.

1. Requirements for Eligibility of the Guarantee. The Money Back Guarantee is only available on purchases made direct via the RxIMI's website or its affiliate websites. The general requirements for a transaction to be eligible for the Guarantee offer are:
   
   
   • Item-based requirements. The Guarantee only applies to physical products that have been purchased outright from RxIMI's website or its affiliate websites. Any RxIMI product purchased from a source other that RxIMI or its affiliate websites may lead to denial of reimbursement request.
     
     
   • Buyer requirements. Each consumer may only file a maximum of 1 Guarantee reimbursement requests in a given six-month period. RxIMI reserves the right not to offer reimbursement to specific buyers if any prior reimbursement requests have been denied.
     
     
2. Requirements for Honoring Reimbursement Requests. These requirements will determine if reimbursement requests can be honored under the Money Back Guarantee reimbursement request program:
   
   
   
   • Reimbursement request completion. Reimbursement requests must be complete and on time, as specified in section 3 below.
     
     
   • Reimbursement request form completion. Reimbursement request forms must be fully complete and on time, as specified in section 3 below, if any section of the request form is incomplete request form may become void and lead to denial of reimbursement request.
     
     
3. Completing a reimbursement request. Reimbursement requests may be filled by clicking on the "reimbursement request form" page link, printing and completely filling out the form request. All completed reimbursement requests must be shipped using a delivery service that provides online package tracking. All reimbursement requests must be postmarked on or before 30 days following purchase date. The buyer will bear all costs of shipping the reimbursement request and products to RxIMI, regardless of the eventual decision RxIMI makes on the request. RxIMI is not responsible for any reimbursement requests that are lost/damaged by the shipping company.
   
   Failure to provide all necessary reimbursement request materials may result in denial of the reimbursement. Furthermore, if you return products to RxIMI without the required documentation, as listed below, will result in denial of reimbursement. All products will become the property of RxIMI regardless of final reimbursement decision. In the event that you return a reimbursement request to RxIMI that fails to meet reimbursement requirements covered under the terms of the Money Back Guarantee Policy, you must cooperate with RxIMI's final decision in honoring your request. All decisions are final and there are no appeals.
   
   All reimbursement requests must include the following information:
   
   
   • A signed and completed reimbursement request form
     
     
   • A printout of the website page purchase receipt, email, and/or invoice on which the item and price purchase receipt are listed and circled.
     
     
   • The unused portion of product with all of its original packaging and labeling. Including all unused capsules in original bottle.
     
     
4. Reimbursement Request Form. Please follow the "reimbursement request form" link to the reimbursement request form page. Print out and completely fill out the form in order to assure the approval of your reimbursement request.
   
   
5. Payment of Reimbursement Requests. If RxIMI accepts the request, payment will either be returned to the credit card from which the original payment was sent (if possible), or RxIMI will send funds in the name of the buyer denoted on the reimbursement request form and sent to the address provided on the reimbursement request form. RxIMI reserves the right to grant full, partial or deny payment of reimbursement requests in cases where the buyer's reimbursement request or merchandise is incomplete. Incomplete cases do not obligate RxIMI to approve reimbursement payment. All reimbursement requests will be processed within 4 to 6 weeks.
   
   
6. Additional terms.
   
   
   • Fraud. Under no circumstances will RxIMI grant reimburse requests in the event of fraud or misrepresentation by the buyer. In addition, fees will not be refundable in cases of fraud.
     
     
   • Exercise of Judgment. Buyers are expected to exercise due diligence and prudent judgment to avoid or reduce any damage to the covered products. No person or entity other than the buyer shall have any legal or equitable right, remedy, or claim for reimbursement under or arising out of this Guarantee.
     
     
   • Shipment of goods to RxIMI. RxIMI will request that buyers bear the cost of shipment of the product(s) in question to its Guarantee processing center. Merchandise must be shipped using a shipping service that uses online tracking. Upon receiving requests, RxIMI assumes ownership of the good(s).
     
     
   • Transfer of Rights. By filing a reimbursement request, the buyer transfers to RxIMI the right to receive the good. After a reimbursement request is received, the buyer transfers to RxIMI all rights and remedies against any party with respect to the merchandise. In addition to transferring these rights, the buyer must provide RxIMI with any assistance necessary to secure his or her rights and remedies and must do nothing that would jeopardize securing those rights and remedies.
     
     No rights provided under RxIMI's Money Back Guarantee may be transferred without the prior written consent of RxIMI or its parent company Better Male International LLC.
     
     
   • All Decisions are Final. All reimbursement request decisions made by RxIMI are final and cannot be appealed.
